The standard diagnostic trip charge is $125 discounted to $100 for veterans/active military due at appointment (subtracted from repair). The refrigerator only calls for specific name brands: Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Haier, Sub Zero and Bosch The AVERAGE repair cost is $275. That is the average, not an actual cost until parts are looked up when the model and serial number are provided. The technician strives to provide flat-rate pricing for repair. We're not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive. We strive to be fair and upfront.

Yes. If there are infestations present, anyone's safety is threatened, or any hostile threats are made. Please keep repair areas clear from debris and pets. There will be no refunds and the technitian will vacate the premises immediately.
I will work on all appliances including window/portable AC units (excluding LG Window A/C Units). As of 2026 we are not servicing Bosch dishwasher. We will install this brand only from a factory sealed box.
The initial installation will determine the serviceability of the appliance e.g., dishwashers, garbage disposals, and window units. We do not service vacuums. We do not sell parts. We do not buy appliances. We do not repair stand mixers.
