After the diagnosis is disclosed, I will provide pricing for the parts, repair, and labor. My labor is billed at a flat rate and is not hourly. Once the quote is approved the repair will commence or be scheduled. Payment will be due upon completion.

If the appliance has to be moved, I will use flooring protection. Customers will need to sign a "Non-Liability Form" at the start of the appointment.

Yes. If there are infestations present, anyone's safety is threatened, or any hostile threats are made. Please keep repair areas clear from debris and pets. There will be no refunds and tech will vacate the premises immediately. 

Yes, I will work on all appliances including window/portable AC units. Initial installation will determine serviceability of the appliance e.g., dishwashers and window units.

We accept credit cards and cash/check payments. There is a cash and card price with all repairs.
